The WHO Foundation, a nonprofit charitable 501(c)(3)
organization, was established in 1993 and born from the philosophy
of Women Helping Others. The Who Foundation reaches out,
on grass-roots level, to women and children whose needs have been
neglected and are underserved. Since its inception, the Who
Foundation has granted over $3.5 million to over 310 charities
in 45 states and Puerto Rico, touching the lives of more than 350,000
women and children in need.
The WHO foundation is committed to encouraging women everywhere to help others through community service, supporting organizations dedicated to the needs of women and children in crisis. We believe that women joining together in their own communities can make a profound difference in the lives of others.
In addition to nationally supporting grass-roots charities serving the overlooked needs of women and children, we look to the future. Our new initiative will be towards education… from providing low-income pre-schoolers with their first book to providing high school dropouts opportunities to obtaining job training.
Your support of WHO through your heart-felt donations, fund-raising, and volunteerism fill a critical void in helping thousands. Each of us can make a difference in our communities to better our nation! You are invited to join with the WHO Foundation in the spirit of Women Helping Others! Volunteer in your community and spread the word! Give for the heart to provide the needs of women and children!
